SANTA FE, N.M. – Rosemont Realty, LLC, a Santa Fe-based commercial real estate investment company, has named Joe Farr as its Albuquerque market leader.

Farr, a veteran Rosemont employee, will oversee the overall performance of the company's Albuquerque assets, comprised of nearly 2 million square feet across 40 buildings.

Prior to the advancement Farr was responsible for managing nearly 6 million square feet of commercial properties located in 14 states across the nation. Farr has closed approximately 2,000 commercial leases and more than $170 million in transactions for Rosemont Realty.
