CHICAGO—Paine/Wetzel TCN Worldwide has just completed a set of transactions in the metro area's rising industrial market. The team of Phil Reiff Sr., senior vice president and Phil Reiff, Jr., an associate of the Chicago-based firm completed the two leases, a sale, and a build-to-suit in suburban Chicago.

Ross International, a reverse supply chain company, just signed a 40,000-square-foot lease in a 107,200-square-foot building at 1239-1251 Mark St. in Elk Grove Village. The company helps companies remove supplies from their buildings and has decided to relocate and expanding from its previous location at 750 Pratt, also in Elk Grove Village. The new facility will feature 24' clear height, three docks and one drive-in dock. Paine/Wetzel TCN Worldwide's team represented Ross in the transaction and CBRE's Kevin Segerson represented the owner, Prologis.

The Reiffs also represented Schneider Graphics in a built-to-suit transaction at 885 Tesler Road in Lake Zurich. The printing and graphics company will relocate from 200 Wilson Ct. in Bensenville. Flex Construction will build the 21,000-square-foot state-of-the-art printing facility. The owner in the transaction was represented by New London Associates. Schneider will move into its new space on March 1.

And Delta Laboratories bought the 20,090-square-foot building at 1601 Lively, also in Elk Grove Village. It sits on a 1.02-acre site and features 18' clear height, two exterior docks, and one drive-in dock. The Reiffs represented both Delta, a personal hygiene product manufacturer that makes lotions and shampoos, as well as the seller, Gamon International.

Finally, the Reiffs represented Key Code Media, a Burbank, CA-based digital media communication sales company, in a new 6,007-square-foot lease at the Plumwood Tech Center, 1201 Wiley in Schaumburg. Entre Commercial's Dan Benassi represented the landlord, Exeter Property Group. Key Code will move into its new space on March 1.
