FORT WORTH, TX –  Cassco Development announced plans for a new 100,000 square-foot Class A office building in the Clearfork mixed-use project within Edwards Ranch.  

The four-story office building is set to break ground this summer with a fall 2015 completion date. It is part of the first phase of development that includes 475,000 square feet of retail, 392 town homes, and above-retail lofts. Forest Park Medical Center, a boutique specialty surgery center, is currently under construction in Clearfork and slated for completion this summer.

“Our development will have everything a company could ask for to create an unparalleled work environment - walking access to specialty restaurants, retail and the incredible Trinity River trail system,” said Paxton Motheral, vice president of Cassco Development Co. “We are excited to kick-off our initial multi-tenant office building and expanding our offerings in Clearfork.”

Clearfork is located in the South Fort Worth office submarket which is 91.6% occupied and experienced a 1.7% increase in occupancy in 2013 reports PMRG's quarter report. Office development in the Metroplex increase by 446% in the last year, seeing the steepest increases in the third and fourth quarters of 2013, says PMRG.

Clearfork is situated along the Clear Fork of the Trinity River between Hulen Street and Bryant Irvin Road and can accommodate up to two million square feet of office, over one million square feet of retail and 2,500 multi-family residences.

Jones Lang LaSalle will oversee the leasing of the new office building.
