FORT WORTH, TX – Cassco Development announced plans for a new 100,000 square-foot Class A office building in the Clearfork mixed-use project within Edwards Ranch.
The four-story office building is set to break ground this summer with a fall 2015 completion date. It is part of the first phase of development that includes 475,000 square feet of retail, 392 town homes, and above-retail lofts. Forest Park Medical Center, a boutique specialty surgery center, is currently under construction in Clearfork and slated for completion this summer.
“Our development will have everything a company could ask for to create an unparalleled work environment - walking access to specialty restaurants, retail and the incredible Trinity River trail system,” said Paxton Motheral, vice president of Cassco Development Co. “We are excited to kick-off our initial multi-tenant office building and expanding our offerings in Clearfork.”
