IRVINE, CA-The Michael Mei Real Estate Group of Coldwell Banker Platinum Properties has set an all-time sales record on a luxury real estate transaction in the Lambert Ranch subdivision of the Portola Springs submarket.
Michael Mei represented the seller in the sale of a custom home with extensive upgrades resulting in a $2,525,000 purchase price. As of January 15, this is the highest recorded sale per the California Regional Multiple Listing Service in the History of Portola Springs.
