ORLANDO—CNL Commercial Real Estate has named Ken Loeber, former global chief sales officer for CBRE, as president of real estate services. His newly-created role began on Jan. 13.

Loeber reports to CNL president Paul Ellis. He will be based in the company's office in Charlotte, N.C. and oversee the company's real estate services business and help build and strengthen existing relationships with corporate, institutional, and nonprofit owners and users of real estate.
