LEMOYNE, PA-TCN Worldwide has taken Landmark Commercial Realty into its fold.

H. Ross Ford, TCN's president and CEO, announced that the Greater Harrisburg area real estate firm was the latest to join his international organization. Landmark Commercial Realty/TCN Worldwide, one of the leading full-service companies in the Harrisburg area, will remain headquartered in Lemoyne.

“Our company is extremely pleased to be joining TCN Worldwide, one of the industry's largest commercial real estate organizations,” said David Remmel, president of Landmark. He said the partnership would allow his company to “offer an expanded array of services, expertise and global coverage.”

Landmark was established in 1988 to serve Harrisburg, Carlisle, York, Lebanon, Lancaster and Hershey, where there has been strong growth in the past decade. A team of 14 full-time sales professionals specializes in the various market sectors. The team team brokered more than $120 million in sales and leases in 2012.

TCN's Ford said, “Landmark, a highly respected firm, is a perfect example of the type of strong independent firm we continue to attract to TCN Worldwide.”
