FORT WORTH, TX-Fort Worth-based Woodmont Co., plans to buy 45 acres of land from Hillwood Properties to develop a 350,000-square-foot mall near Interstate 35W and Cabela Drive in north Fort Worth.

The Outlets at Alliance, will will feature retail space for outlet and value retail brands, with the expectation to attract more than 50 stores to the site, according to a report in the Dallas Business Journal.

With solid demographics, the north Fort Worth area is ready for an outlet mall of its own, said Stephen Coslik, president of Woodmont Land Co., in a written statement.
