Carlisle Etc. Sews Up Lease in Midtown

NEW YORK CITY-The women's clothing company will stay put in Midtown for another decade.

NEW YORK CITY-Carlisle Etcetera has renewed its lease for 62,761 square feet for a ten-year term at 423 W. 55th street, between 9th and 10th avenues. The women’s clothing retailer was represented in the transaction by Cushman & Wakefield‘s David Rosenbloom, executive director; Richard Nocom, director and Emily Weber, senior associate. Robert Fink of the Winter Organization, which owns the building, represented the landlord.

The upscale women’s clothing line leased space for its corporate headquarters on the lower level, third and fifth floors of the building. The new lease commences in January 2015.
