DALLAS— Construction will begin in a month on a 9-story, 180-unit high-rise multifamily project in Dallas. Hill & Wilkinson was awarded the construction contract valued at $32.5 million.
The apartment development is located at 1900 Cedar Springs at the corner of Cedar Springs and Harwood. Construction is slated for completion in June of 2015.
“This is an exciting project based on the location, amenities and the quality of construction and finish-out,” said Jay Graham, senior group manager of Hill & Wilkinson's multi-family practice.
Gencap Partners and Spyglass Equities are developing the project targeted to the luxury market. Good Fulton & Farrell is the architect.The upscale development will feature an outdoor pool and cabanas, business center, exercise and wellness facility, leasing center and a high profile restaurant at street level.
Richardson-based Hill & Wilkinson is a full-service construction firm with revenues of approximately $350 million. The firm is also a recipient of TEXO's “General Contractor of the Year” award.
