CHICAGO—Earlier this month, GlobeSt.com reported that McShane Construction Company had promoted Mathew R. Dougherty from vice president to executive vice president and regional manager of the firm's headquarters in suburban Rosemont. And Jeffrey A. Raday, the president of McShane, now says that several additional members of its construction team have been promoted.

Keith G. Dafcik, a long-time employee of McShane, has been appointed to senior vice president for distribution, food and beverage. Dafcik will focus on acquiring new business and lead the pre-construction activities of new distribution, manufacturing and food projects across the nation.

And Anthony V. Cincinelli has been promoted from project executive to director of business development at company headquarters and will report directly to Dougherty. He will pursue new construction assignments in the industrial, office, multi-family, hospitality, retail and institutional sectors.

Finally, McShane has promoted James N. Robinson, Jr. to project executive. He joined McShane in 2004 and will now lead a team that handles construction assignments in the multi-family and senior living markets.

“The promotion of these dedicated McShane professionals exemplifies our firm's commitment to our employees' professional development and to the achievement of our goals of continued growth and expansion now and in the future,” says Raday.
