HOUSTON—Growth in Northwest Houston continues as D'Agostino Companies announced a proposed 4-story office development along Beltway 8.
The Offices at Sam Houston, a 113,000-square-foot, tilt-wall office building, featuring 28,000-square-foot floorplates will be located at the corner of Sam Houston Park Drive and Houston Oaks Drive.
”D'Agostino Companies is excited about this project due to the demand for office space in this area, the property's strategic location and the fact that very few developable land sites are available in this market.” said Bryan D'Agostino.
Office development has increased in the last year in the West Belt submarket noted CBRE in a quarter report. Developers influenced by improving infrastructure with the Grand Parkway expansion and a general westward residential movement are closely looking at this market.
“This will be a great development in a prime location,” said Kristen Rabel, a Senior Vice President with CBRE. “We are confident that it will quickly attract tenants looking for great visibility and a minimal commute for their employees.”
Rabel, Steve Rocher and Parker Duffie with CBRE in Houston will oversee leasing of the property.
Houston-based Metzger Construction Company is the general contractor contract on the project and Browne McGregor Architects is the architect of record.
D'Agostino Companies' announced the groundbreaking at Greenhouse at Park Row, in the Energy Corridor, earlier this month. The company has developed and currently owns more than 25 projects in the Houston area.
