SEATTLE-Alliance says that it will open a brand-new collection of loft-style studio, one- and two-bedroom apartment homes in Capitol Hill's high-energy Pike Pine Triangle. If the project stays on schedule, Viva will open this March.

The developer says Viva will offer sleek, modern interiors and fresh living spaces in a walkable, urban neighborhood, and homes in this high-profile project are currently being reserved as part of the pre-leasing phase.

“Alliance is focused on delivering premium rental units in the most sought-after locations — we continue to seek out the best sites in highly walkable neighborhoods with great access to jobs and transportation,” says Dan McCadden, managing director of Alliance's Pacific Northwest region. “We are especially excited about completing the Viva development, as it epitomizes the quality of product and desirability of location we seek with each of our developments.”
