SAN FRANCISCO-Bare Escentuals has inked a renewal for its headquarters office of about 100,000 square feet at 71 Stevenson St.

The cosmetics company, owned by Shiseido, is in for another 10 years, according to a report in the San Francisco Business Times. The company first took space in the building since 2005, and expanded greatly in recent years.

With downtown rents having topped $60 per square foot, more and more tenants are reluctant to move their offices, the Times says, noting that Bank of America recently renewed for 260,000 square feet, at 555 California St.
