DALLAS— Hill & Wilkinson announced the highly anticipated details of the 6-story, 165-unit Lincoln Knox apartments scheduled to break ground this month in Dallas.
The project is located on the former Ed Kellum & Son Audio/Video Appliances site at 4501 Cole Avenue in Dallas. The site is currently owned by Sarofim Realty Advisors.
The development will feature green components, luxury residences, a specialty grocery store, and high-end retail shops.
“The Lincoln Knox apartments are a natural extension of this upscale, walkable neighborhood and will offer outstanding amenities. We are pleased to have been selected as the general contractor with this project team,” said Jay Graham, senior group manager of the Hill& Wilkinson's multi-family practice.
Hill & Wilkinson was awarded the construction contract valued at $38.6 MM said the company in a statement. Construction begins later this month and completion is slated for September 2014. Lincoln Property Company is the construction manager and developer, and Womack + Hampton Architects LLC is the architect-of-record.
