HOUSTON— New York-based Kimco Realty Corp. purchased Tomball Crossing, the 164,348-square-foot retail power center in Tomball, Texas northwest of Houston.
Tomball Crossing is located at the intersection of Spring Cypress Road and State Highway 249 and sits on a 17.36-acre site. The property is 94% leased to tenants including Ross Dress for Less, Old Navy, Petco, Famous Footwear, Lupe Tortilla, Red Robin and Panera Bread.
Kimco Realty Corp. purchased the center with the exception of the North Cypress Emergency Room pad site, which was purchased by North Cypress Medical Center. Kimco recently purchased Atascocita Commons a 316,395-square-foot retail power center north east of Houston.
HFF marketed the property on behalf of the seller, Metro-National. The HFF investment sales team was led by managing director Ryan West and senior managing director Rusty Tamlyn.
