HONOLULU-Outrigger Hotels and Resorts has purchased the remaining shares of Outrigger on the Lagoon Fiji from partner Geoffrey Shaw, as well as Shaw's privately-held Castaway Island, Fiji resort. The sale prices were not disclosed.

Outrigger gains full ownership of both award-winning resorts, according to a report in Pacific Business News.

Outrigger Enterprises Group president and CEO David Carey said in a statement that the acquisition is consistent with the company's strategic growth in the Asia-Pacific region.
