SAN ANTONIO, TEXAS—Titan Development purchased 184 acres which will grow the Titan Industrial Park, from 124 acres to 293 acres. Titan Industrial Park is located in Schertz and Selma, Texas just 20 miles northeast of San Antonio and 60 miles south of Austin.

The additional acreage is situated adjacent to the original site on Lookout Road and will retain the Titan Industrial Park name. The original purchase made in August 2013 included 15 acres which Titan Development sold to an undisclosed developer.

”Titan Industrial Park's original site is well placed to suit user's expansion needs within the Far Northeast San Antonio submarket. The latest acquisition not only expands the park's footprint, but allows the park to suit a more diverse set of users and offer even more flexible site configurations. It's truly a win-win situation,” said Rob Burlingame, CCIM, with CBRE.

Large industrial users have recently targeted the Far Northeast submarket of San Antonio including Amazon.com whose 1.26 million-square-foot fulfillment center opened in late 2013. Due to the location of the development, Titan Industrial Park will capture additional growth within the greater Tri-County area, noted CBRE in a statement.

“Titan Development is one of the Southwest's largest and most active, vertically integrated real estate developers. Titan offers development and construction services for residential, mixed use, office, industrial and retail real estate,” said Kevin L. Reid, Titan Development chairman.

Zoning for the site is light industrial and development will allow for warehouse, distribution or manufacturing facilities.

CBRE and Endura Advisory Group are overseeing leasing for the park.
