LOS ANGELES-CBRE's Capital Markets Business Lending Group grows with the hiring of Robert “RJ” Luth, Jr., Robert Doxsee and Daniel Eshbaugh. Luth and Doxsee join the group as VP and Eshbaugh joins as director. The three new hires will work closely with managing director Dan Winzeler.

Capital Markets Business Lending is an SBA 504 loan-focused program, specializing in owner-user mortgages for projects as high as $15 million. “We are always looking for new ways to add value for our clients and drive new business by enhancing our Capital Markets service offering,” says Jeff Majewski, COO of CBRE's Debt and Structured Finance. “CBRE is well positioned to serve the owner-user financing market, and the addition of this outstanding group will be a great complement to our existing Capital Markets team.”

Eshbaugh will bring 21 years of experience to the team. He has formerly worked at GE Real Estate, where he worked as a national business development leader and regional sales manager specializing on the Midwest. As director at CBRE, he will focus on building brand awareness while looking for growth opportunities and driving sales.
