NEW YORK CITY–Cresa, North America's largest tenant representation firm, has announced the promotion of six executives to partner of the firm. Effective immediately, Howard Cross, Eric Thomas, Stephen Santoro, Robert Stella, Jane Roundell and Jim Pirot have been designated principal of Cresa New York.

"The tenacity of these individuals is one of the driving forces behind Cresa New York's ability to exceed year-end goals by 40%," says Mark Jaccom, president and managing principal of Cresa New York. "Their ability to see and do what it takes to close a deal and to foster client relationships that benefit the whole team has helped me set a new example for Cresa New York. Collaboration is key to our office's culture of success, which I know Cross, Thomas, Santoro, Stella, Roundell and Pirot will continue to demonstrate."

Howard Cross has been with Cresa New York as a SVP for two years and has more than 10 years of commercial real estate experience. A former New York Giant and a current TV analyst for YES Network and NBC Sports, Cross has leveraged his presentation skills and ability to drive a team to a win to establish himself as respected leader and deal-maker at the firm.

Eric Thomas has been with Cresa New York since September 2012 and has more than 13 years of experience in commercial real estate. Formerly a SVP, Thomas has excelled in structuring transactions for Cresa New York clients that address each tenant's financial, technological, HR and growth concerns.

Stephen Santoro has been with Cresa New York since September 2012 and has 26 years of experience in commercial real estate. As a former SVP, Santoro has been focused on building new client relationships for Cresa New York while helping brokers work across divisions to deliver the most services possible to each client.

Robert Stella has been with Cresa New York for nine years and has more than 27 years of experience in commercial real estate. Stella, a former Senior Vice President, has a long history with tenant representation and a successful track record of completed transactions.

Jane Roundell has been with Cresa New York for 13 years and has more than 27 years of experience in commercial real estate. Roundell, formerly a SVP, is said to have an unwavering commitment to her clients.

Jim Pirot has more than 26 years of experience in property management and operations for commercial, residential, hotel and industrial buildings alike. Since joining the office in April 2013 as SVP of project management, Pirot has helped Cresa New York implement and deliver a newly integrated range of project management services.

The newly named principals with Cresa New York will receive shares in the company. Jaccom intends to give out more stock within the organization and to new brokers the company brings in from the outside.
