Cresa Promotes Six Executives to Partner

NEW YORK CITY-The tenant representation firm promoted six executives who, together, have more than 129 years of industry experience.

NEW YORK CITY–Cresa, North America’s largest tenant representation firm, has announced the promotion of six executives to partner of the firm. Effective immediately, Howard Cross, Eric Thomas, Stephen Santoro, Robert Stella, Jane Roundell and Jim Pirot have been designated principal of Cresa New York.

“The tenacity of these individuals is one of the driving forces behind Cresa New York’s ability to exceed year-end goals by 40%,” says Mark Jaccom, president and managing principal of Cresa New York. “Their ability to see and do what it takes to close a deal and to foster client relationships that benefit the whole team has helped me set a new example for Cresa New York. Collaboration is key to our office’s culture of success, which I know Cross, Thomas, Santoro, Stella, Roundell and Pirot will continue to demonstrate.”
