MIAMI—The Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) of Miami-Dade named William Holly its 2014 “Leasing Agent of the Year.” Holly is president of Pointe Group Advisors.
“It's always gratifying to be recognized by your peers in the industry,” says Holly. “I am proud to represent Pointe Group Advisors and for our firm to receive these outstanding achievements.”
At “The Outstanding Building of the Year” (TOBY) awards ceremony, Pointe's property management team also received two building awards: the “Under 100,000 square feet” building award for the Continental Plaza and the “Historical” building award for the BAC Colonnade. Pointe's property managers, Ana Ocasio (Continental Plaza) and Kristen Quintana (BAC Colonnade), accepted the awards.
