WALNUT CREEK, CA-The Walnut Creek office of Newmeyer & Dillion, LLP, a business and real estate law firm, has recently expanded by adding seasoned business attorney Karl Foster, who will be handling transactions for its Northern California clients.
The firm has grown to include 13 lawyers since opening in 2005 and now includes expertise in business, real estate and finance transactions in addition to business, real estate, insurance coverage, and construction litigation.
Foster has more than a dozen years of legal experience and specializes in business and real estate transactions, finance and high technology law. Most recently he served as general counsel for the Hudson Companies, LLC, Alamo, CA.
