Miller Readies Next Flagler Industrial Project

MIAMI—Miller Construction's Brian Sudduth says he's seen a quantum leap in demand for distribution and warehouse space thanks, in part, to the PortMiami dredging.

MIAMI—Industrial commercial real estate projects continue to get underway in Miami. Miller Construction Company just started the site work for Flagler Global Logistics‘ new 252,000-square-foot Building 34 at Flagler Station business park in Miami’s Airport West submarket.

Miller recently delivered the global logistics company’s 171,944-square-foot Building 31 at Flagler Station on time and within budget. The contractor’s preconstruction team is now working to drive a smooth transition for Building 34′s launch.
