LIVINGSTON, NJ-A West Orange law firm with a concentration in real estate will relocate to prime space at the Eisenhower Corporate Campus here. Feinstein, Raiss, Kelin & Booker has signed a long-term lease for 8,400 square feet at the 290 West Pleasant Avenue property.
Founded in 1991, FRKB provides legal counsel and representation to a broad spectrum of clients. Its core practice areas include commercial real estate transactions, landlord/tenant law, commercial litigation, corporate law, housing discrimination, rent control, municipal matters and tax appeals, in addition to family law and personal injury.
"This new office location is a reflection of how we have grown since our founding almost 23 years ago," said Larry Raiss. He is a co-founder of the firm, along with Richard Kelin and Norman Feinstein.
Paul Steinbach and Mitch Leff of American Properties Realty, Inc. represented FRKB in the move.
The corporate campus, which includes a conference center, will soon be adding the convenience of a new five-story parking garage. Construction is nearing completion of a structure that will provide 600 additional parking spaces for tenants and guests at the 380,000-square-foot office complex.
Eisenhower Corporate Campus is owned and managed by Eastman Companies of Livingston, and a joint venture partner, Long Wharf Real Estate Partners of Boston.
The office park was built in 1984, renovated in 1997 and 2010, and currently features a newly renovated lobby, 220-seat theater, conference facilities and a full-service cafeteria for employees and guests.
The park offers quick access to Routes 280, 80 and 46, the New Jersey Turnpike and Garden State Parkway.
