Patrick Dugan Named C&W's Director of Brokerage

NEW YORK CITY-A specialist in the Downtown, Midtown South and Brooklyn markets, Dugan joins Cushman from CBRE.

NEW YORK CITY–Patrick Dugan, formerly a broker at CBRE, has joined Cushman & Wakefield as a director of brokerage, New York City offices.

He will play a central role in managing approximately 180 brokers in the company’s Midtown and Downtown offices, with direct management responsibility for approximately 50 brokers. He reports to Ron Lo Russo, president, NY tri-state region and Suzy Reingold, COO, NY tri-state region, is based in the firm’s world headquarters office in Midtown Manhattan.
