EPHRATA, PA-Colliers International has leased 14,430 square feet of retail at the Ephrata Marketplace, a retail strip center that has development parcels.

The brokerage team of William Aiello, George Lulos and Larry Kostelac of the Harrisburg office represented the real estate management and development firm that owns the Lancaster County property. Starting as development consultants, Colliers secured the site for the developer and managed traffic and zoning issues.

Colliers secured Giant Food as anchor tenant at the strip center and has leased space to GNC, Subway, GameStop, Great Clips, and Golden Chicken, among others. The outparcels have been secured by Starbucks, Five Guys, Verizon Wireless, McDonald's, and Members First Credit Union.

The Ephrata Marketplace is located at the eastern gateway to Ephrata, beside Route 222.

The same leasing team is now leasing Phase 2 of the project, an existing free-standing 15,000-square-foot building suitable for retail, lifestyle, and entertainment uses, as well as additional peripheral land suitable for hotels and professional offices.
