McShane Completes Greenleaf Manor

ROSEMONT, IL—McShane Construction Company has just completed the construction of Greenleaf Manor, an affordable housing complex in north suburban Glenview, on behalf of developer, Daveri Development Group, LLC. Located at 3345 Sanders Rd. between Milwaukee Ave. and Willow Rd., the new homes were McShane’s second construction assignment completed for Daveri within the last 12 months. In May 2013, McShane finished Myers Place, a 39-unit permanent supportive housing development in suburban Mount Prospect.
