DALLAS— Cassidy Turley announced it promoted Craig Wilson to executive managing director as well as promoting Blake Anderson to senior managing director.
The appointments are part of an effort to expand the firm's Texas presence.
"Both Craig and Blake have shown tremendous talent, high production levels and leadership while working with CassidyTurley's Occupier Services team," said Frank McCafferty, executive managing director of Cassidy Turley's Dallas Tenant Representation team. "I am very confident that with these new positions Craig and Blake will continue to grow Cassidy Turley's Occupier Services team and presence in Texas."
Wilson will continue his leadership role with the tenant representation team, as well as mentoring, recruiting, marketing and servicing new and existing clients, Cassidy Turley said in a statement.
As senior managing director Anderson will focus on growing the industrial team and mentoring young talent in the firm.
Washington, DC-based Cassidy Turley has 60 offices across the nation, and completed transactions valued at $22 billion in 2012, and manages approximately 400 million square feet nationwide.
