LAS VEGAS-Harsch Investment Properties, a privately-held real estate and investment company with headquarters in Portland, OR, has promoted four key executives in its Las Vegas region, which oversees 8 million square feet of the company's 20-million-square-foot commercial real estate portfolio.

John Ramous has been promoted to senior vice president and regional manager with responsibility for the continued growth and operations of the entire Harsch office and industrial portfolio in Las Vegas, which is home to more than 1,200 tenants. Ramous joined Harsch in 2003 and has more than 25 years of commercial real estate experience throughout the U.S.

Ramous is a graduate of the University of Connecticut with a bachelor's degree in finance and real estate. He is on the boards of NAIOP Southern Nevada and the Henderson Chamber of Commerce. He also is immediate past president and a trustee of the Henderson Development Association.
