FAIRVIEW, NJ-NAI James E. Hanson arranged a lease with Paramount Services at the Fairview Industrial Park here. Paramount, which is relocating from Secaucus, took 13,100 square feet at 815 Fairview Ave.

The tenant is a construction company specializing in multifamily interior renovations and will use the space for storage of materials and light assembly.

"The space will accommodate the tenant's continued growth while also providing convenient access to the firm's New York client base," said NAI Hanson's Thomas Vetter. "In addition to expressing a desire to occupy a space with potential for future expansion, the tenant sought a space that would provide improved proximity to the city."

The property in eastern Bergen County is a short drive from Manhattan via the George Washington Bridge or Lincoln Tunnel.

The leased space is equipped with 1,000 square feet of office space, a loading dock and ample parking.

Along with Vetter, NAI Hanson's Jeffrey DeMagistris and Nicholas Herrick represented the landlord, Fairview Industrial Park, Inc.

The business park is set on 10.8 acres just off Tonnelle Avenue, with quick access to the New Jersey Turnpike.
