DALLAS— Dallas-based NAI Robert Lynn acquired Retail Realty, a retail focused real estate firm, after experiencing tremendous growth last year.

The acquisition expands NAI Robert Lynn's retail listings by approximately two million square feet in Dallas/Fort Worth. Retail Realty's property management operation of more than 200,000 square feet merged with NAI Robert Lynn as well.

Retail Realty, formerly TriMarch Properties, added six professionals to the NAI Robert Lynn team. The firm specialized in representing retail landlords throughout the Dallas/Fort Worth area.

NAI Robert Lynn says they have grown significantly in the past 10 years and in 2013 the firm had its "best year ever" with a revenue increase of nearly 20%. Additionally, the property management division grew by 28 percent last year, adding over 2.5 million square feet of space. NAI Robert Lynn provides brokerage services for office, industrial and retail properties, property management, investment sales and purchases.
