LOS ANGELES-Partner Engineering & Science has adopted new technology from Environmental Data Resources to increase efficiency of Phase I Environmental Site Assessments. The technology is a web-based application that makes information more accessible by gathering data in one location. The result not only speeds up the process of Phase I ESA, but increases accuracy as well.

"We are always looking towards the next evolution in our due diligence practices," says Joe Derhake, Partner president and PE. "By leveraging EDR's content and technology tools, we are able to streamline the Phase I ESA process even further, as well as introduce new quality control elements."

EDR released the new technology package in January. Called Lightbox, the web-based app is the chief component of the new technology, but the package also includes a mobile app, high-quality aerial photography and database to track Recovered Government Archive, the first in the industry.
