SAN FRANCISCO-Turkish investor Polidev has paid $22.5 million for a 332 Pine Street, a 47,000 square foot 1912 Renaissance/Baroque office building.

The seller was House Properties and Skyline Pacific Properties, which bought the building in 2012 for $13.3 million, according to a report in the San Francisco Business Times.

Rob Dumas and Pat Hubbard and from Sansome Advisors represented the seller. 332 Pine Street is a nine-story building located near the former Pacific Stock Exchange.
