SANTA CLARA, CA-National home builder D.R. Horton is paying $105.5 million to acquire a Santa Clara development site where it plans to build more than 250 homes The land is the former site of the Kaiser Permanente medical campus.

The land sale for the Gallery at Central Park development is one of the largest residential land deals in recent months, says the Silicon Valley Business Journal.
