DALLAS— Pennsylvania-based logistics company, Prestige Group of Texas, signed a long term lease expanding their presence in DFW Corporate Center 1 in Dallas, Texas.

Pilot Freight Services, Prestige Group's global logistics division plans to occupy 62,000 square feet by the end of the first quarter, adding 19,500 square feet to its freight forwarding operation.

"We looked at three or four options. This was the best option because of the timing and their relationship with the landlord," said Joe Santaularia, vice president of Dallas-based Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services.

The 256,500-sf distribution center, owned by ProLogis Targeted US Logistics Fund LP, is located at 2611 Regent Blvd. in DFW Airport International Park. The surrounding area is an attractive market for distribution hubs due to the central location. The DFW Airport submarket absorbed 1.7 million square feet in 2013, the most of any submarket in the Metroplex noted CBRE.

The tenant was represented by Santaularia and Todd Lambeth with Bradford Commercial. ProLogis was represented by in-house broker Mitch Pruitt and Steve Koldyke of CBRE.
