SAN FRANCSICO-Trammell Crow Company says that Don Little has joined the company's Northern California Business Unit in San Francisco as senior vice president. In his new role, Little will be responsible for expanding the company's portfolio of new developments, as well as guiding pipeline projects through the construction and marketing approval phases.

"With 30-years of commercial real estate development and brokerage experience, Don has established a proven track record of developing and leasing high-quality products throughout the Northern California market," said John Greer, principal and head of the Northern California Business Unit. "His experience, combined with his strong management, team building and operational skills, make him a tremendous asset to our team as we continue to look forward and continue with our Business Unit's current growth."

Prior to joining Trammell Crow Company, Little was President and CEO of Don Little Group, where he was the primary advisor on nine million square feet of industrial and office assets throughout Northern California. Prior to overseeing his own firm, he served as Senior Vice President, Development & Bay Area Operations with Harsch Investment Properties where he was head of development business for California, Nevada and Arizona. His notable projects include Pacific Commons, an 8 million square foot master-planned, mixed use development, Fleet Industrial Supply Center an 1.3 million square foot industrial center and Southshore Corporate Park, a four million square foot master-planned business park.
