LOS ANGELES-Studley, a global tenant advisory firm, has promoted Joshua Meltzer as managing director of its West Los Angeles office. Meltzer has been with Studley since 2008 and was formerly an assistant director. Meltzer learned of his promotion during the company's annual winter trip for outstanding team members and leadership.

"This singularity of purpose also engenders a common bond among the firm's professionals, ensuring that we learn from each other and continually refine and improve our client service."

During his tenure at Studley, Meltzer has represented both the buyer and seller in investment and owner-user property transactions and advised local and national tenants. Glaser Weil, Panavision, Crispin Porter + Bogusky, and Grant & Weber are among the list of organizations with which he has worked, offering advise that meets each organization's unique strategic, financial and operational objectives.
