COLOGNE, GERMANY-Corpus Sireo has raised $206 million (€150M) from six German investors for its recently launched CS Health Care II investment vehicle focusing on residential health care facilities.

The fund is targeting a volume of $412 million (€300M) and aims to distribute a dividend of 6.5% a year.

To date, the fund has acquired eight facilities, investing around $48 million (€35M). Closing is expected in the coming weeks for two additional properties.
