Creative Tech Co. Expands Keller Block Lease

SANTA MONICA, CA-GoCoin expands its Santa Monica retail space to 7,000 square feet, occupying the entire third floor of the historic Keller Block building.

SANTA MONICA, CA-GoCoin has signed an extended lease for 7,000 square feet of retail space at the historic Keller Block in Santa Monica. The creative tech company will house the entire third floor of the new space, located at 227 Broadway.

GoCoin, an international payment service that allows merchants to accept digital currency, was formerly located at Real Office Centers Santa Monica, but need additional space. “This was a strategic move to the heart of Silicon Beach in terms of location and recruiting new talent to the company,” says Randy Starr, principal at Avision Young who represented both the tenant and the landlord, Third Street Limited, in the transaction. The new lease includes an option for GoCoin to expand into the second floor creative office space once it becomes vacant.
