JHS Holdings to Shed Class A Office

SAN RAFAEL, CA-This is the first time the 115,514-square-foot class A office building at 111 McInnis Pkwy. has been up for sale.

SAN RAFAEL, CA-A class A office at 111 McInnis Pkwy., an approximate 115,514 square-foot three-story building, is on the block here. The trophy property is 100% leased to Autodesk Inc.

According to Colliers International, which has been retained as the exclusive marketing agent, this is the first time the building has been up for sale. The firm’s investment services group in San Francisco which includes, Tony Crossley, Erik Hanson, Tim Maas, and Frank Wheeler, is exclusively marketing the property and representing the seller, JHS Holdings Inc., in the sale.
