FAIRFIELD-Greenbrook Executive Center had six office tenants sign deals totaling 53,500 square feet to close out the year 2013 on an upbeat note.

The largest lease was a long-term renewal for 24,616 square feet by Bleakley, Schwartz, Cooney & Finney, a Northwestern Mutual insurance office, which has been a tenant since 1993. The firm was represented by Walter Schoenberg of Cushman & Wakefield.

Jonathan Meisel, Fred Hyatt and Derek DeMartino of Jones Lang LaSalle represented ownership in that transaction and each of these deals:

  • law firm Dwyer Connell & Lisbona's long-term lease extension for 15,763 square feet
  • insurance company Chadler Group's lease expansion of 2,610 square feet, bringing its footprint to 14,741 square feet
  • high-tech marketing firm Macaluso Group's new lease of 6,726 square feet as of April
  • snack product producer That's How We Roll's lease of 2,076 square feet as its company headquarters
  • Goldberg Law Group's lease of 1,747 square feet.

Chadler, a tenant since last year, was represented by Frank Recine of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank.

Greenbrook Executive Center, located at 100 Passaic Avenue, offers a total of 202,200 square feet. Accordia Realty Ventures, a real estate investment and development company based in Fairfield, acquired the property in 2006.
