MIAMI—Franklin Street is getting cozy in its new Miami offices. With boots on the ground in the Magic City, the commercial real estate firm is setting out to grab a bigger piece of the transaction pie.

The Tampa, FL-based commercial real estate firm is now set up in a 3,000-square-foot office space at 6205 Blue Lagoon Drive in Miami. Franklin also has offices in Atlanta and Jacksonville with plans to grow into other southeast U.S. markets this year.

"The office move has rejuvenated our resolve to grow our South Florida team," says Franklin regional managing partner Deme Mekras.
