LOS ANGELES-Brandon Carrillo and Trauger Ralston have been named shareholders of Lee & Associates' Los Angeles-Long Beach office. The two brokers were formerly principals at the same Lee & Associates location.

A broker-owned firm, Lee & Associates is designed to allow brokers to earn ownership through hard work and successes. This new position as shareholders is a reflection of Carrillo and Ralston's success. "Their impact in these respective areas thus far has been significant, and both continue to be outstanding brokers. Carrillo joined Lee & Associates Los Angeles-Long Beach office in 2009 as a senior associate to focus on office and industrial properties in the L.A. and Long Beach markets. With a total of nine years of experience, he is an expert in tenant representation and asset acquisitions, dispositions and repositions.
