BIRMINGHAM, ENGLAND-Local officials recently unveiled a master plan for redevelopment of the city center that will be built around a station for the new 250 mile-per-hour H2S train line.

The plans for a glass train station were designed by award winning architects Wilkinson Eyre.

The Birmingham Curzon HS2 Master Plan outlines a 348-acre (141 hectare) transformation of the West Midlands city. That plan calls for a mix of office, hotel, retail and residential development.
