FORT WORTH—The Woodmont Company responds to growing Dallas/Fort Worth and has promoted Brad Cruickshank to senior vice president and Joseph Williams to assistant vice president.
"The Woodmont Company continues thrive amidst this challenging economy," says chairman and CEO of Woodmont, Stephen Coslik. "We are excited to reward Brad and Joseph with promotions as they are integral to the growth of our firm."
Cruickshank specializes in sale of shopping centers, retail properties and NNN investments throughout the United States, with a specific focus on retail and commercial properties within the Dallas/Fort Worth metropolitan market.
Last month Cruickshank completed the sale of Creekside Plaza, a 45,902-square-foot retail center in Harlingen, TX to a California-based private investment group.
Williams focuses in tenant representation for retailers and restaurants throughout Texas and California, as well as nationally.
Fort Worth-based Woodmont specializes in retail real estate and has developed more than 15 million square feet of retail real estate throughout the United States. Woodmont is currently developing Plaza at Rockwall a 500,000-square-foot retail center in Rockwall, Texas, as well as Park Village in Southlake, Texas which will consist of 185,000 square feet, including a specialty grocer, retail shops, and restaurants.
