IRVING, TX—Developer OliverMcMillan has plans for a substantial mixed-use project at the site of the former Dallas Cowboys football stadium.

Local officials began discussing options with the developer in January, and last week the firm, and other hopefuls, presented concepts with renderings, according to a report in the Dallas Morning News.

One idea calls for a 25-acre project with a tennis complex, several blocks of retail and apartments, and a bridge connecting the property to the University of Dallas. Other developers have submitted plans that jettison the tennis complex, and offer more office space, restaurants and hotels.
