HOUSTON-Interfin Companies has begun work on its 26-story Belfiore condo project in the Uptown neighborhood. The joint venture project is already 60% sold, according to a report in the Houston Business Journal.

According to plans, the high-rise will sit on 2 acres and will feature just 46 residences, including two penthouses, with two homes per floor.

The structure is designed by Houston-based Kirksey Architecture. Each home encompasses more than 4,600 square feet, in addition to 700 square feet of terrace, and prices start at $2.5 million. Construction is expected to be completed by spring of 2016.
