LOS ANGELES—Brookfield Office Properties Inc. has awarded Jones Lang LaSalle's Los Angeles team the exclusive leasing representation of the company's, 50-story Gas Company Tower. The Skidmore, Owings & Merrill-designed, 1.4 million square-foot tower on Bunker Hill is one of the most architecturally distinctive landmarks on the downtown Los Angeles skyline.
Carl Muhlstein and Hayley Blockley will handle the assignment for JLL Los Angeles.
