DALLAS—The William Warren Group, a privately held, California-based self storage development and operating company, has purchased four self storage facilities in Texas. The four properties (three in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, and one in El Paso) will bring 206,806 SF and a total of 1,407 units to the company's Texas portfolio.

WWG, which owns and operates StorQuest Self Storage, will rebrand the four properties as StorQuest, making them the first StorQuest Self Storage facilities in the Texas Market.

“Expanding the StorQuest Self Storage brand into Texas is another step toward achieving our ultimate goal of having a dominant storage platform,” said Bill Hobin, president and CEO of WWG. “We believe that there is a significant opportunity to improve the occupancy of the stores through our more focused and innovative management system, and robust digital marketing strategy.”
