LEON SPRINGS, TX—Local developer Embrey Partners has moved earth for a 15-acre, 320-unit, multifamily complex as part of a larger, mixed-use fronting Interstate Highway 10 between Leon Creek and historic Leon Springs.

The development is a joint effort of Embrey, New York City-based Case Pomeroy Properties and San Antonio-based Leon Creek, Ltd.

Designed as an upscale, eclectic, pedestrian-friendly environment, the community will pay tribute to both local history and the Old Spanish Trail that once made its way across the front of the property through the late 1800s. First occupancy is scheduled for February 2015.
